Design + Build
You bring the lot, or we help you find one. We take it through design, permits and construction under one contract, so there is one team accountable for the whole house.
Design that is ready to build
Our in-house architect draws in Revit, so plans, elevations and quantities come out of one model. That means fewer surprises between what is drawn and what gets built.
Permits handled for you
Chicago permitting has its own rhythm: zoning review, plan review, and sometimes a Zoning Board hearing. We manage the filings and keep the schedule moving.
Built by a licensed general contractor
We build under our City of Chicago general contractor license, with every trade under written contract, inspections passed before payments, and lien waivers collected through a title company.
